Good Morning Everyone! It’s Monday, and truth be told, I can’t get THAT excited about it being so! But the truth is for us to really appreciate our time off the grid, we need to push through our time on it – a bit of a “Ying & Yang” thing I suspect.
Anyway I’ve got a busy and stressful week ahead of me with work, and it comes after a couple of other busy and stressful weeks with work and I’m really getting ready for this train to pull out of crazy town and be on it’s way, if you know what I mean. So in order to keep my spirit and motivation up I watched a little Tony Robbins this morning to get me revved up and ready to tackle one more week of work with enthusiasm and gusto. I’ve been lucky enough to attend Tony’s live seminars on 4 occasions now, and can tell you that this guy knows what he’s talking about; I credit his ideas and thinking for shaping the way I also think, and have used his techniques to push myself to experience many cool things in life.
So rather than ramble on, I’ll let the man himself do the talking – and trust me, if you listen carefully to what he says, and apply his ideas, you too, will be well on your way to slaying the Monday blues with vim, vigour and enthusiasm. Seeings as we discussed good leadership and bad leadership last week, it only makes sense that we hear Tony’s thoughts on it – because as much as I like to think I’m eloquent, he still blows me out of the water. But you know what? I’m okay with that!
Thanks for checking in and I hope you enjoy these 7 minutes of Tony Robbins!
